Blog for Corporate News and Updates. The content is updated daily, and needed a style that worked with the existing company brand. Shades of greys and blues give the site clean and professional feel, and colorful tiles and thumbnails make the articles "pop".
Political blog for a creator of satirical Youtube videos. The client had a pre-extisting theme that he wanted the re-design based on. Other requirements were a featured video area.
Personal blog of photographer Cristi Owen. The theme was designed for Wordpress, and created using HTML, CSS, and PHP. The blog aesthetic is fun and playful, and incorporates her new branding. The goal was for the photos to take center stage.
Makeover Contest for TAIslim Weightloss System. Contestants were encouraged to submit weight loss stories that were then voted on by their peers. I created a "memories" theme that was used across the contest pages, using the iconic polaroid image for each contestants before and after. The site used Javascript lightboxes and scrolling entry viewer.
Wordpress theme designed for a professional design group.
During my senior year at ASU, I created a campaign titled "Too Sexy, Too Soon" that was indented to help informatin society and mothers of the potentially life threatening effect that the pervasive sexual messages targeted at young girls. One of the campaign elements was this mini-site aimed at mothers. The purpose of the site is to serve as a meeting place and resource for mothers with questions about this issue.
Prentice Hall Reading Street email blast. This html email is sent to new users when they initially sign up. The email describes the product and directs them to begin their experience with the product.
Web banners designed for promotional material on FreeLife.com. Each banner uses exciting imagery and word play to get the viewers interest.
